Can coffee prevent Cancer? |

For the men who feel guilty of drinking too much coffee, a new study has shown that for men who drink more than 6 cups of coffee per day there was a significant (60%) decrease in the risk of severe prostate cancer and for those who drink up to 3 cups daily would find a 13% decrease in the risk, according to a study by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. Several studies in the past have debated the health benefits of drinking coffee and as usual I'll stick to my guns with a "Everything is good in moderation" kinda statement. Still, it's welcome news for those addicted to the brown stuff. |

I've been buying my beans for quite some time from Coffee Dominion in Townsville. They have been fantastic, the staff are knowledgeable and have given me a great deal of knowledge about what regions are good to blend and which origins work well together. I recently heard of a Brisbane based roasting house that also sells green beans. Budan Beans came recommended by a twitter contact of mine who also lives in Townsville. I'm looking forward to trying Budan Beans even if I continue to buy from Coffee Dominion. |
